Processing, Production Time & Shipping

Most items require production time prior to shipping. This includes printing, finishing, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Selecting expedited shipping affects transit time only and does not reduce production or processing time

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time begins after production is complete. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.

Can items ship separately?
Yes. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, only if the order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.

Are your products made to order?
Yes. Many of our items—including photomagnets, frames, and metal prints—are made to order to ensure quality and customization.

How long does production take?
Production times vary by product and are listed on individual product pages when applicable.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 30 days for non-custom items in unused condition.

Are custom items refundable?
Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.

Photomagnets & Frames

Do frames include photomagnets?
Unless otherwise stated, photomagnets are not included and need be ordered separately.

How do I know which magnet size to order?
Several options are listed for different magnet sizes. If you are unsure of the size, please email us at crazyideaphotography.com and we'll work with you to get the right frame for your photomagnets.

Digital Products

Do you offer digital downloads?
Yes, select products are available as digital files.

Are digital products refundable?
No. All digital sales are final once delivered.
