Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and are committed to providing high-quality products and service. Please review the following policy carefully, as it outlines return eligibility, timelines, and important exceptions—especially for custom-made items.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at crazyideaphotography@gmail.com, including photos and a brief description of the issue, so we can evaluate the situation and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized products, such as:
    • Custom photomagnets
    • 3D-printed photomagnet frames made to order
    • Aluminum photo prints created from customer-submitted images
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, they are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • All digital downloads are final sale
  • No refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded
  • Refunds only in limited cases:
    • File is corrupted
    • File is materially different from the description
    • Technical issue prevents download and cannot be resolved

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible and approved), and

  2. Place a new order once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right does not apply to custom or personalized items, as permitted under EU consumer protection regulations.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically occurs within 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damage, defect, or error on our part.
