Shipping Policy

At Crazy Idea Photography, many of our products are made to order, including custom photomagnets, 3-D printed frames, and metal photo prints. Please review the information below to understand how shipping timelines and responsibilities work.


 

Processing & Production Time

Most items require production time prior to shipping. This includes printing, finishing, curing, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Shipping time is in addition to production time
  • Production times vary by product and are noted on individual product pages when applicable

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.

  • All shipping timelines are based on business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Weekends and holidays are not included
  • Carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control may occasionally impact delivery times

Crazy Idea Photography is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order is in transit.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear
  • If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately due to size, production method, or availability.

  • You may receive more than one package
  • All tracking numbers will be provided if items ship separately

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order size and weight
  • Shipping destination

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our part.


Address Accuracy & Changes

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • To request an address change, contact us as soon as possible at crazyideaphotography@gmail.com
  • Address changes can only be made before an order ships
  • Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or redirect packages

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right
  • For lost or significantly delayed packages, we will assist with carrier claims when applicable, but delivery timelines remain subject to the carrier's policies

Digital Products Policy (STL Files & Downloads)

Digital products—including STL files, digital downloads, and design files—are delivered electronically.


Digital Delivery

  • Digital files are delivered via download link or email

  • No physical item will be shipped

  • Ensure your email address is correct at checkout


Usage & Licensing

Digital files are intended for personal or licensed use only, as specified in the product listing. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sharing of files is prohibited.
